Tour Agreement

On advancement of deposit, the depositor, and each travel companion of depositor (collectively, "Travelers"), agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Big League Tours, Inc. ("Big League Tours") and its affiliates and sponsoring representative(s) (collectively, "Representatives") are acting solely as agents. Big League Tours and its Representatives are responsible only for making the arrangements for all accommodations, services and events that constitute the trip, except to the extent that accommodations, or services cannot be supplied due to reasons beyond the control of Big League Tours or its Representatives. The carriers, motor coach companies, hotels and other suppliers providing travel, hotel and other accommodations are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Big League Tours or its Representatives. Big League Tours and its Representatives are not liable for negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property loss, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Big League Tours and its Representatives have no liability and will have no obligation to make a refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

Big League Tours and its Representatives make no representations about the suitability of the information, products and services provided for any purpose. All such information, products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Big League Tours and its Representatives hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to this information, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and noninfringement.

The information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular, Big League Tours and its Representatives do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the tour packages and trips, with respect to the hotel, air, car and other travel products displayed on the website (including, without limitation, photographs, if any, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.), much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers. Furthermore, changes are periodically added to the information herein. Big League Tours and its Representatives may make improvements and/or changes to the information provided at any time.

Travelers hereby agree that each has read and fully understands the terms and conditions of this Tour Agreement, which will serve as a binding contract between Travelers and Big League Tours. Big League Tours reserves the right to change the terms, conditions of this Tour Agreement, and Travelers agree to accept and be bound by those terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of booking your trip.

Big League Tours' web site may contain hyperlinks, from time to time, to web sites operated by parties other than Big League Tours. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Big League Tours does not control such web sites and is not responsible for their contents or your use of them. Big League Tours' inclusion of hyperlinks to such web site does not imply any endorsement of the material on such web site or any association with their operators.

Cancellations and Refunds

Big League Tours requires written notification of cancellation. Cancellation notifications received at least 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the initial deposit. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date are penalized at 100%. All travel documents, if issued, must be returned to Big League Tours prior to any refund being issued. Refunds are not made for unused travel services or any portion thereof. If cancellation by one or more Travelers alters the room requirements of the remaining Travelers, Travelers still traveling may be required to pay a revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. We recommend that Travelers consider purchasing tour cancellation insurance.

Documentation and Personal Identification

It is the responsibility of each individual Traveler to obtain the documentation required for their trip such as passports, visas, birth certificates and photo identification. Travelers entering the United States and Canada are required to show proof of citizenship for entry. Those denied at any border will not be entitled to any refund.

Hotel Accommodations

Travelers agree to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those covered by the package. Incidental charges can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and other hotel charges. All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at time of check-in. Hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by 12 noon and arriving guests to check-in later than 3pm to allow for cleaning and maid service. Host hotels do their best to minimize inconvenience and store luggage if you arrive early or need to depart late. Big League Tours reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable accommodations at either their own or the hotel's discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability. Awards provided by Big League Tours, if any, are based upon and include standard guestroom accommodations at selected hotels.

Credit Card Payments

Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposit and/or final payment indicates your complete compliance with Big League Tours' booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your reservation.
